All services can be delivered remotely or in-person, during extended UK business hours, over Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Skype.

Payments for 1-hour consultations will be taken during the booking process and are securely processed by Stripe.
Payments for other services can be made by Paypal or by transfer to a UK bank account.
All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of UK VAT.
Payment for all sessions, except Bespoke Assignments, must be made in advance.
Refunds can only be processed in exceptional circumstances and where at least 24 hours notice is given.
Payment terms for Bespoke assigments will be negotiated and agreed before work commences.
Non-disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are available on request.
